Sue J. Goldie.

Director Sue J. Goldie is teaching “Fundamental Concepts of Public Health” this week as part of the Chan School’s week-long orientation. The course is being supported by an energetic Incubator team who has assembled graphical organizers, packaged educational resources, supported our multimedia, and cheerfully lugged buckets and bins of colorful markers across the river each morning!  The course is designed to introduce students, who come to Harvard from a diverse range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, to core concepts in public health and to a cognitive framework for understanding, contextualizing, and tackling important public health challenges. Learn more about how the course got started in 2015 in this video, featuring Julio Frenk and Sue Goldie, assembled by the Incubator’s Camilla Finlay in the summer of 2015.
