Creating a designated space for the exchange of ideas and professional experiences, the Incubator supports a monthly learning community with public health doctoral students from the DrPH program at the [Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health](https://www.hsph.harvard.edu/). This professional development discussion series seeks to capitalize on the diverse backgrounds of the group and learn how to build multidisciplinary responses to major public health problems; and to develop a collaborative environment among the two DrPH cohorts. A kick-off meeting, held on December 10, 2015, was facilitated by visiting faculty contributor Terry Aladjem and Renuka Pandya, a post-doctoral fellow at the Incubator, along with the Incubator’s Faculty Director Sue J. Goldie and several senior staff members.
